Project Management Practices and Implementation of Non-Governmental Organization Projects in Kakamega County, Kenya

Most projects by the organizations were not implemented due to limited funds, low uptake of technology staff, high risks in handling cash from field office and capacity among staff whom it had informally recruited on its inception Kenya. Motivated that, this study determined influence critical success factors implementation Non-Governmental Organization Kakamega County, Kenya particularly focusing level funding risk management project management.
